Refund Policy

We have a 90-day Astralith Guarantee, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you purchased a 90-day supply, any unopened bottles must be returned to be eligible for a full refund. If you received a free gift with your purchase, that item must also be returned.

To start a return, email us at sales@tryastralith.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email sales@tryastralith.com.

Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including sale items and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at sales@tryastralith.com.
